Crews install a groundwater monitoring well in the Sierra Valley groundwater basin as part of DWRs assistance in the implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act.

The Department of Water Resources (DWR) and the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) are hosting educational workshops in January to assist local Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) submitting Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GSPs) for DWR evaluation.
