Grants & Loans
We have a number of grant and loan programs that support integrated water management activities addressing public safety, environmental stewardship, and economic stability.
We provide technical guidance and assistance resources through 4 strategically located regional offices. The breadth of expertise at each office is designed to meet the general issues in the regions.
We procure a diverse mix of goods and services ranging from ordinary commodities (office supplies) to specialized scientific/engineering and construction-related materials, equipment and services, and varied information technology (IT) goods and services.

The Real Estate Branch acquires temporary and permanent land rights in support of DWR's business goals and objectives, performs property management functions for DWR's operating and non-operating rights of way including the administration of DWR's Encroachment Permit Program, and manages consultant contracts providing support services.
