The Department of Water Resources’ Division of Safety of Dams has published a Notice of Determination for the Tiger Creek Regulator Dam Spillway Replacement Project (Tiger Creek Regulator Dam Number 97-104). The proposed work consists of constructing a new spillway at the dam’s right abutment.
