45-Day Comment Period Opens for the Dam Safety and Climate Resilience Local Assistance (DSCR) Program Draft Guidelines and PSP
DWR announces the release of the Dam Safety and Climate Resilience Local Assistance Program draft guidelines and proposal solicitation and ranking process (PSP) for a 45-day public comment period. Up to $228 million is available through funds authorized by the California Budget Act of 2025 (Stats. 2025, Ch. 6, Sec. 144.)
The public comment period began on April 27, 2026, and closes at 5:00 p.m. on June 11, 2026.
