2020 UWMP Training Webinar - Using the Optional Planning Tool for Drought Risk Assessment

Starting in December, we will host a set of special topic training webinars. The training webinars will be recorded and posted to the DWR YouTube page for public access. During the training webinars, we will review planning tools, provide examples, and address participant questions. UWMPs are prepared by urban water suppliers every five years, and the next plan is due July 1, 2021. For more information on UWMPs, refer to DWR’s UWMP webpage.

  1. Review planning tools, provided as part of the UWMP Workbook chapters 4,6, and 7, to support water suppliers in their UWMP preparation.

  2. Address participants questions on the use of the planning tools and how information can be used to complete the DWR reporting tables.
