The Department of Water Resources (DWR) will receive public comments on the Public Review Draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) Guidebook. Updates to the guidebook were made to improve clarity and provide additional guidance. A 15-day written comment period commences on November 17, 2025, and closes on December 2, 2025.
