California Water Plan 2028 - Advisory Committee Meeting 3

The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) invites you to join us for the 3rd Advisory Committee meeting for the California Water Plan 2028. The meeting will be held in-person in Visalia at the Wyndham Visalia over two half days on November 4 and 5, 2026. All Committee meetings are open to the public. A YouTube livestream option will also be available for viewing purposes; links are available below.
