California Water Plan Advisory Committee Meeting – May 13-14
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) is convening the first Advisory Committee meeting for the 2028 California Water Plan. The Advisory Committee is an appointed body, and all Committee meetings are open to the public. This meeting will be held in person at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento (2001 Point W Way, Sacramento, CA 95815) and will take place over two half-days: May 13 and 14, 2026. It will be livestreamed; links are available below.

A public comment period will be available on Day 2; please refer to the agenda for additional information. If you would like to provide written comments to be included in the Advisory Committee meeting record, please email your comments to cwpcom@water.ca.gov by Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Please note that comments received via email will be reviewed by DWR staff and will be included in the Advisory Committee meeting summary for consideration by the committee at the next quarterly meeting.
