ACWA Listening Session on California Water Plan 2028

Join DWR at ACWA’s 2026 Spring Conference to learn more about California Water Plan 2028 and share your perspectives and priorities for California’s future water planning. Each one-hour listening session will include a brief presentation by DWR staff followed by small group discussions.

Both listening sessions will include the same presentation and discussion questions and participants are welcome to join either session. The goal is to gather practical, candid feedback from water managers to inform the DWR team early in the process and help shape a more actionable and relevant Water Plan.

Listening Session #1 – 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Listening Session #2 – 4:00pm – 5:00pm
