The Department of Water Resources (DWR) and the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) are hosting educational workshops in January to assist local Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) submitting Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GSPs) for DWR evaluation.
