Members of the public will be able to observe the meeting and provide public comments in-person at the meeting location or remotely. Remote participation will be conducted via a web-based videoconferencing service called Zoom.
Registration is not required to provide public comments. The Executive Officer will report on various matters addressed since the previous Commission meeting.

This is an opportunity for members to disclose any meetings or conversations related to Commission business and held since the previous Commission meeting.
7. Public Testimony
Although no formal Commission action will be taken, the Commission offers an opportunity for the public to address the Commission on items of interest that are within the Commission’s jurisdiction, but that do not appear on the agenda.
8. State Water Project Briefing: 2025 Budget Process and Operations Update
Staff from the Department of Water Resources (DWR) will provide an update on the State Water Project (SWP) Strategic Plan the Delivery and Capability Report Addendum, the 2025 SWP budget, and the current operations of the SWP. The State Water Contractors will also separately present as part of this briefing and relay their perspective on costs and operations.

9. Water Storage Investment Program: Projects Update
Commission staff will provide an update on the progress of projects in the Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP).

10. Informational Update on Dam Safety Permitting
DWR staff will present an overview of the Division of Safety of Dam’s (DSOD’s) process for permitting the construction of new dams or reservoirs and the enlargement, alteration, repair, or removal of existing dams or reservoirs, and how this may be applied to the WSIP projects under DSOD’s jurisdiction for dam safety.

Staff from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife will provide an overview of the refuge water supply benefits proposed by WSIP projects.
