Expansion Pond, White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility, Lodi

The City of Lodi is expanding its water pollution control facility along the Delta with the help from $4.6 million in grant funding from voter-approved Proposition 84 and the Department of Water Resources.

On December 12, 2018, DWR and CDFW Directors Nemeth and Bonham respectively, presented progress on the voluntary agreements to the SWRCB as an alternative to the Board’s staff proposal requiring unimpaired river flows under the Bay Delta Water Quality Control Plan.
