Final IS/MND and Notice of Determination for the Kopta Slough Multi-Benefit Project

Consistent with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Department of Water Resources (DWR) adopted the Final Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the Kopta Slough Multi-Benefit Project on February 28, 2023. As part of the CEQA process, DWR also formally approved the action, adopted a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and filed a Notice of Determination. Comments and responses to comments received during the public review period are included in Appendix H, “Comments and Responses to Comments.”
