- Paid monthly.
- Direct deposit of payroll to financial institution (must meet enrollment criteria).
- Hire above minimum rate for exceptional experience for new hires upon initial appointment.
- 5% increase after either 6 or 12 months depending on classfication.
- Annual 5% increases until maximum salary is reached.
- Collective bargaining negotiated salaries.
- Certain classifications may include:
- multiple salary levels that are based on education and/or experience
- longevity pay
- additional pay for job related/required licenses and certifications
- additional pay for items such as remote locations
- additional qualifying pay differentials
